Le Pays Bigouden in southern Finistère

Camping Kerlaz is central to the Bigouden country. You’ve probably already seen the high caps so typical of Brittany and what are “bigoudènes”.

The bro (country) bigouden is a soil that is distinct from other Country Brittany as it has preserved its culture with its language, music, dances, songs: the festnoz countries … Traditional festivals.

Its gray stone blend into the landscape on a background of sea horizon when the sky is down where stand out the bright blue shutters low houses which most often the door is not flowery … You are in Brittany, the country of the Celtic megaliths reminiscent kinship, posed like sentinels in the vastness of the landscape with characteristic colors that will make this southern land of the Cornwall a paradise for painters.

From the the pointe du Raz, the country stretches, with splendid sandy beaches, dotted with famous lighthouses, light stone sentinels that still guide sailors. Famous for its gastronomic stops and traditional festivals, Bigouden country charm you with its towns of character and authenticity.

But this part of Brittany also shows strong momentum by presenting multiple sports including sailing the famous school of Glénants , which invested the islands of the Archipelago to better shine on the ocean .
